- To book a photo shoot, simply click the "Booking" tab and follow the instructions. Our availability is on the booking page
- Once you have booked your session, we will email you your contract and invoice. 50% of the sitting fee is required to hold your date (non-refundable) due upon contract signing and the other 50% payable at the session. (Fees are paid by credit/debit card directly from your invoice)
- It is recommended, but not required, to meet face to face before your date so we can get an idea of what you want and share with you info about your shoot
- Bring different outfits to your shoot. We allow a maximum of 3 outfit changes for a 2-hour shoot, but highly recommend you bring many outfits
- Allow 3 hours for your shoot. One hour for your hair and make up and two hours for the photo session
- SMILE BIG!!! It's photo time!!
- We will make every attempt to have your photo proofs ready within 14 days
- Once your photos are finished, we will contact you and you will be given your gallery link preview your photos
- You will then be able to choose which included photos you would like to download
- It is recommended you download your photos to a computer (NOT a mobile phone) for best quality
- Before you download your photos, be sure you know where they save to on your device, as they are one time downloads. Ray Jaymes Photography is not responsible for lost downloaded photos
- You can also choose to purchase additional photos and/or prints directly from your gallery
- Gallery will be left up for a month. If you need more time, just ask!

NONE OF YOUR PHOTOS WILL BE SHARED ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORK OR WEBSITE WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION!!
